Checkers - ADOPTION PENDING - Click Here to Adopt Checkers!
My name is Checkers. I am a young male poodle / cocker spaniel mix. I am seeking a position as your best friend. My qualifications include, loyalty, affection and playfulness. I have four years of experience. My skills include hiking, jogging, entertaining myself with toys and playing fetch (inside the house or in a fenced-in yard only, of course). I have mastered house training, crate training and walking on a leash. I play very well with others. I show great promise with obedience and would make a great agility dog. I am athletic and energetic, and would love a friend who can keep up with me! I can be a little slow to warm up to new people, but once you have gained my trust, we will be friends forever.pooo
Milo - Click Here to Adopt Milo!
Milo is an expert lap dog, and he like to get lots of practice to keep his skills sharpened. But don't think that's all he's good at! He's also great going for walks and playing outside. Milo is a silver, male mini poodle who is eight years old. Milo was abandoned by a backyard breeder, so he will need some time to adjust once he finds his forever home.
Max - Click Here to Adopt Max!
Meet Max! He's a six-year-old neutered male yorkie-poo who weighs 15 pounds. Max is a sweet, friendly boy who loves to give kisses. He likes to play with toys and will choose a favorite to carry around or nap with. He likes to sleep in bed with his foster parents and their dogs. Max announces visitors, but he does not bark excessively. He's eager to please and would do well with a family that is familiar with positive reinforcement training. Max enjoys meeting new people and gets along well with his four-legged foster siblings, but he isn't super keen on new dogs. His foster family is helping him work on his social skills, but feels he would do best with calm, smaller dogs or as an only dog. If you are an experienced dog owner and would like to make Max a part of your family, please fill out an adoption application!
